The purpose of this form is to report on weather and environmental conditions for an event that CERT is participating in. Please do not estimate on the fields requiring a weather station device. These must be exact numbers as indicated by your weather station.

To increase the accuracy of your wind direction, please use numerical compass direction. This can also be selected as the default measurement in your weather application.
